Shuttle & Process
How does the shuttle transfer work?
Our shuttle runs individually for you ("On Demand"). This means: As soon as you have parked and checked in, the bus departs. There are no fixed schedules or long waiting times. The transfer time to the terminal is approx. 7 minutes. We take you directly to the departure area (Terminal 1 or 3).
How will I be picked up upon return?
As soon as you have landed and received your luggage, please call our hotline (+43 664 2213064). The shuttle will then pick you up at the agreed meeting point in front of the terminal and bring you back to your car.
When should I arrive at the parking lot?
We recommend arriving at our parking lot about 2.5 hours before your scheduled departure. This gives you enough time for parking, loading luggage, and the transfer to the airport without stress.
Does the shuttle also run at night?
Yes, our service is available 24/7. No matter if your flight leaves at 3 AM or lands late at night – we are there for you.
Are there surcharges for night hours?
Our service is available 24/7. Regular operating hours are from 05:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) – no additional costs apply during this time. For rides between 12:00 AM and 05:00 AM, we charge a night surcharge of € 25,- per hour as stated in our terms and conditions. Please inform us of your exact flight times when booking.
Booking & Payment
When do I have to pay?
You are flexible: You can either pay comfortably online in advance (Credit Card, PayPal, EPS, Instant Transfer) or upon arrival at the parking lot in cash or by card (Debit/Credit Card).
Can I cancel for free?
Yes. Plans can change. Cancellation is absolutely free up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time. Simply send us an email to do so.
Do I have to reserve or can I just show up?
We strongly recommend an online reservation, especially during the holiday season. This is the only way we can guarantee you a free parking space. Spontaneous arrivals are possible, but we are often fully booked.
Security & Service
Do I have to hand over my car key?
No. With a standard booking, you park your vehicle yourself, lock it, and take your key with you on your trip. Key handover is only required when booking additional services (Valet, Cleaning).
What happens in case of flight delay?
Don't worry. We monitor flight times using your flight number. If your return flight is delayed, we wait for you without any extra charge for the driver's waiting time.
Is the parking lot guarded?
Yes. Our premises in Fischamend are fenced, well-lit, and video-monitored 24/7. In addition, staff is almost always on site. Your car is safe.
Are there child seats in the shuttle?
Yes, we have booster seats and child seats available in our shuttle buses. Please ideally state this in the "Remarks" field when booking or let us know on site.
